Still Single

Well the former crush's girlfriend ended up being a stalker...including breaking-and-entering, protective orders, the works. He now calls me again as if nothing ever happened...I'm soooo over it.

I've also finally managed to get over a guy I've been in love with for about 5 years. It just suddenly occured to me that I was over it...since he's never been into me as more than a friend, it's about darn-tootin time!

I'm imagining myself meeting Mr. Right at a book store or somewhere, just striking up conversation and hitting it off. I don't know how I'll meet him anywhere else...most places ya meet people don't work for me.

The timing is perfect...I can focus on my writing for a few months...and then maybe by fall I'll be ready to open up to the idea of a relationship...or not...it really doesn't matter.
